  1. Prepaid Orders Only: Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  2. Refund/Replacement on Damaged Items:
    We offer a 100% refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged, but this is only applicable if:
    • You provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the damaged item as it was received in the package.
    • The video must be recorded from the moment you begin opening the package until the damaged item is visible, without interruptions.
  3. Color Variations:
    Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or screen settings. These minor differences will not be considered grounds for refunds or replacements.
